Refund policy
Returns
- The RETURN process initiated for a Product to be returned or exchanged must occur within 14 days of receipt. You must initiate your return by sending an email to americanbossmart@gmail.com. Please list your order number (if applicable), item code or item name, name, phone number, billing address, and state if you are requesting either a STORE CREDIT or REFUND. Please also state the reason for your your return. The product must have been purchased from our site and not from a manufacturer or other online site. (If that type of return is attempted, it will immediately be denied and no refund or any kind will be issued.) Once we receive your email, we will contact you back with shipping instructions. However, please don't return the product until you have received shipping instructions. Also, please ensure you send your package with a tracking service as we are not responsible for lost packages. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to us.
- Refunds will always be made in the form of a store credit unless you specify in your return request that you want your refund made according to your original payment method. All refunds in the form of store credit will be issued to you by the email address that you provided in the form of a Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be used online at our website, www.americanbossmart.com. Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between up to 10 days. All refunds are processed in USD.
- Product must be new, unused, unopened, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Product must have all original and/or manufacturing tags, including American Boss Mart hangtags or stickers attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, and/or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- Items that are exempted from returns and are non-refundable are bath bombs and gift cards. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
- If an item is damaged while in transit, please contact us immediately for instructions as more than likely you will need to go to your local USPS. If the item is damaged in transit by UPS, FedEx, or DHL, you will need to make the product available to them for a pickup and inspection. Once, the claim has been acknowledged and they have confirmed acknowledgement for damage, a refund will be processed in the form of a Gift Card unless you request it be made with the original payment method.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at americanbossmart@gmail.com and send your item to: American Boss Mart LLC, 10945 State Bridge Road, Ste 401-247, Johns Creek GA 30022, United States, Please wait for instructions from us before you send your product. This exchange must also be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the product returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. In your return please include your the name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: American Boss Mart LLC, 10945 State Bridge Road, Ste 401-247, Johns Creek GA 30022, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should not only consider using a shipping service with tracking but one where you can purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
